Hazel Grove Primary School.

Come hear about our RA journey. Relational approaches and growth mindset have always been at the heart of Hazel Grove Primary and the restorative approaches have helped provide a structure to help deepen and advance this practice. Come and hear how we have started to share this approach with our parents. We would like to share how we have used appraisal targets to develop staff circles practice and used the social discipline window to support the development of our subject leadership in school. It is also incorporated as part of our staff induction process and we are currently rethinking our use of staff meetings by developing a new CPD model based on WITH mindset and use of reflective practice within a ‘high challenge, high support’ peer to peer approach.
