Pupil Restorative Ambassadors
This is a strong next step once you have begun to embed a relational, restorative approach amongst all adults within your setting or school.
This training involves us empowering and skilling your pupils (from Y2 up to Y11) in the ethos, understanding, values, skills and language of resolving harm and repairing conflict amongst their peers.
This training sees the best outcomes when run alongside a MDA team receiving training so the values and language across the school (particularly at unstructured times) is consistent.
Stockport has a good reputation around their pupil and student ambassadors; with pupils from Stockport Schools a key feature in the Restorative Justice Council’s films to promote restorative practices with young people.
