Staff Restorative Champion Days

As part of the plan to develop a sustainable restorative momentum within Stockport, we are inviting all our schools who have a commitment to RA to send along a member of staff to be an RA champion, at our termly RA Trainer and Champion update days.

These termly RA update days focus on building and investing in a team of educational practitioners who, through sharing good practice between schools and providing opportunities to refresh and continue to develop restorative skills can act as restorative champions within their own settings.

We have a range of RA champions already in place, some are teachers, some SLT, some teaching assistants and midday supervisors. The plan is to seek representatives from all sections of the school community. Most people who attend have completed the 3 day RA course.
